Oct 23, Hanoi: Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa who is in Vietnam on a three-day official tour visited the Mausoleum of President Ho Chi Minh in Hanoi and laid a wreath at the monument.
President Rajapaksa also visited the President Ho Chi Minh relic area at the Presidential Palace and the Temple of Literature in Hanoi.
The President also had a moment to enjoy the traditional Vietnamese music and feed the fish at the Temple river with his delegation including ministers Prof. G.L. Peiris, Rohitha Bogollagama, Anura Priyadharshana Yapa, Western Province Governor Alevi Maulana and President's Additional Secretary Gamini Senarath.
